Group Sessions
You are not alone.
Creative arts therapy groups provide a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, express yourself creatively, and connect with others who may be walking a similar path.
Be the first to hear when new groups are forming. Spaces are limited, so subscribing is the best way to stay informed about upcoming groups.
Working alongside others can be a powerful process. As humans, we naturally seek connection and belonging. In a group, the creative process becomes something we share. Observing others express themselves authentically often makes it easier to do the same for yourself.
Groups create a shared space for noticing, reflecting, and making meaning through creative exploration. This may include drawing, collage, writing, photography, or other expressive practices. There is no expectation to be artistic; the focus is on the process of exploration rather than the outcome.
Groups are offered online, and occasionally in person. Each group develops its own unique dynamic, guided by the shared experiences of its participants.
What happens in a group
Each group session balances creative exploration and shared reflection. You will be invited to create in whatever way feels meaningful to you and reflect on your experience privately, or share with the group if you feel comfortable. Witnessing the perspectives and expressions of others can deepen understanding and inspire new insights.
There is no pressure to produce “good” art. What matters is the exploration, reflection, and connection that emerges through the process.
