  • Introducing a Creative WellBeing Programme that provides staff an opportunity to reflect, learn, and discover ways to reduce the impact of stress and overwhelm. This programme would be tailored to suit your specific requirements.
  • Providing one-off Creative WellBeing Sessions for staff to have some time to reflect, learn, reduce stress, connect with others, undertake some self-dicovery, and have some fun.
  • Offering Creative WellBeing team building sessions to enhance the workplace/team culture and workplace values in action.
  • Offering 1:1 Staff WellBeing Check-ins so that your people can spend time on what’s happening for them and how this might be affecting others and their performance.
  • Offering 1:1 Coaching/Mentoring for people who need to regularly reflect on their personal and professional life and how they can continue to develop themselves.
