About Moments

Every day we are presented with a multitude of what we believe are ordinary moments. All too often these moments are ignored. When you take the time to notice them you discover they are extraordinary and they have a story all of their own. These moments are opportunities to be curious, grateful, non-judgemental, self-compassionate, and so much more – they can be mindful moments. Noticing them in your day and paying attention to them is a helpful wellBeing practice.

Each day I will share a photo of such a moment. The next day I’ll delete that photo and add another one.

Look at the photo and notice your response to it.

What emotion/s does it stir in you?

What is the photo saying to you?

How might it relate to your life?

I hope in some small way you get inspired to go and look at your world differently and start seeing the extraordinary that surrounds you. A great way to start this process is commiting to taking a photo a day.
