Experiences
These experiences offer different ways to engage in reflection, expression, and connection, from single sessions to multi-week journeys and experimental creative spaces.
Whether you are taking your first steps, looking to deepen your practice, or exploring new creative forms, there are experiences designed to meet you where you are. All you need is a curiosity and openness to what may emerge.
Each experience provides space to notice, create, and reflect in a supportive environment. You may be surprised by what you discover along the way.
Your vision will become clear only
when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams;
who looks inside, awakens.
– Carl Jung
Creative Rhythms
One-off experiences
Creative Rhythms are guided, one-off sessions that offer a pause from the busyness of everyday life.
Through simple creative and reflective practices, you are invited to slow down, notice your experience, and connect with what is present for you in the moment.
These sessions are not about producing artwork or outcomes. They are about attention, presence, and gentle exploration through creative process.
Creative Journeys
Multi-week experiences
Creative Journeys are longer-form guided experiences that unfold over several weeks.
They offer a structured yet flexible space to explore your inner world through creative and reflective practice over time.
Across the journey, you are invited to:
-
- deepen self-awareness through creative exploration
- reflect on patterns, experiences, and meaning
- engage with photography, writing, visual arts, and other expressive forms as appropriate
- develop a gentle, ongoing creative practice
Each journey is designed to support reflection, continuity, and personal insight at a pace that feels supportive rather than pressured.
Creative Labs
Experimental experiences
Creative Labs are exploratory spaces for working across different creative mediums in open and playful ways.
These sessions invite curiosity, experimentation, and creative freedom. You may work with photography, writing, visual arts, movement, or reflective exercises depending on the focus of the lab.
Creative Labs are not about mastering techniques or producing finished work. They are about discovery, noticing what emerges when you give yourself permission to explore without expectation.
Who Are These Experiences For
You may find these experiences supportive if you are:
-
- seeking time to slow down and reconnect with yourself
- curious about creativity as a tool for reflection and insight
- moving through change, transition, or uncertainty
- wanting structured but gentle creative experiences
- open to exploring in new and unexpected ways
No prior creative experience is needed. All approaches are invitational.
How It Works
All experiences are offered online (unless otherwise stated) and may include a combination of real-time Zoom sessions, access to resources between sessions, and opportunities for connection and sharing within a private online community space.
During live sessions, participants are invited to share reflections, experiences, and creative work if they wish, and to receive supportive feedback from the group. Participation is always invitational.
You will be guided through each experience and informed of any materials you may need to have on hand.
The emphasis is always on process, not performance.
An Invitation
If something here speaks to you, I invite you to explore further.
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for – only that you are open to beginning.
This is where change begins.
